How far is your hotel from other NAIA Terminals?

> NAIA Terminal 1, 2, & 3 is just 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel depending on the traffic situation.

If you are located near NAIA Terminal 4. Can I walk towards the hotel if I dsembarked at that terminal?

> The hotel is only 5-minute walking distance from the Arrivals Area of NAIA Terminal 4, but for your safety, we do not recommend to proceed to the hotel on your own as the pedestrian footbridge is around 100 meters far away. It will be difficult for you especially if you have big luggages. We have also received a lot of reports of petty crimes like pickpocketing and bag snatching in that area. Kindly wait for our complimentary airport transfer sevice vehicle. If you decide to walk towards the hotel, do it at your own risk.

Is breakfast already included in your room rate?

> Yes! All bookings have complimentary daily breakfast for each guest. The service starts at 12:00AM due to the fact that a lot of our hotel guests have early morning flights. It's best to start the day with a happy tummy!

I need to be picked up at the airport. What should I do? Is it free?

> Kindly inform us of your flight details so we can schedule your airport transfer service and send you specific instructions as we do not have airport representatives waiting for you at the Arrivals area of the NAIA Terminals. Our hotel chauffeur will just meet you at a designated pick-up point and bring you to the hotel ASAP. All rooms have complimentary ONE-WAY airport transfer service.

Can I use my complimentary one-way airport transfer service upon check-out?

> Yes! Our guests usually utilize it for aiport pick-up (from the airport to the hotel) but you can also use it for airport drop-off (from the hotel to the airport).

I have an early flight the following day. Can you take me to the airport? Is it free?

> Yes, definitely! Our airport transfer service operates for 24 hours a day. You just need to inform our front desk upon check-in of your flight schedule. We have a minimal charge for airport drop-off if you have already utilized your complimentary one-way airport transfer service. Kindly contact us for more information.

Is your airport transfer service private?

> Usually, your party will be the only one utilizing the service vehicle but on peak seasons, there may be times that you may share the ride with other hotel guests arriving  / departing on the same NAIA Terminal but we will make sure that everyone will be seated comfortably and your belongings secured for the short ride to / from the airport.

I have booked on an Online Travel Agency (OTA) like Booking.com, Agoda.com, etc. Do I still get the complimentary airport transfer service?

> Yes! All room inclusions are the same regardless of where you booked. The price may differ on each site and we suggest that you compare it well. Also, you can book with us directly for the best online rates. Kindly contact us if you want to avail the complimentary airport transfer service if you have booked via OTAs.

What time should I leave the hotel for my flight?

> You should be at the airport terminal's Departures Area 2 HOURS before the estimated time of departure of your domestic flight OR 3 HOURS before the estimated time of departure of your international flight to have an ample time for departure procedures. Make sure that you have confirmed your flight time and departure terminal. Travel time to NAIA Terminals 1, 2, &, 3 is around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Please be guided accordingly.

Can I check-in early?

> Our official check-in time is 2:00PM. You can have an early check-in subject to room availability and a minimal early check-in fee.

How about a late check-out?

> Our official check-out time is 12:00PM. Kindly make a request at our front desk if you want to have a late check-out. Again, this is subject to room availability and a minimal late check-out fee. Late check-out is until 6:00PM only, exceeding that time, the guest will be subjected to a full night rate.

Can I bring visitors into my room?

For security purposes, only registered guests are allowed inside the room. Visits or business meetings can be held in common areas of the hotel like the lobby and restaurant, not in the guest room.

Do you have additional bed available?

> Yes, we can provide additional bed for up to 2 extra person/s in select Standard rooms. This is subject to availability and will be charged an extra person fee of PHP1,000 (~USD20) per person per night stay, inclusive of beddings, towels, & breakfast. Maximum capacity is 2 adults and 1 child (below 12 years old) for Econo rooms. Maximum capacity for Standard & Family rooms is 4 adults and 2 children (below 12 years old).

How about a baby cot?

> We can provide a baby cot for infants (below 2 years of age). This is complimentary and subject to availability. Please call our Front Desk if you want to request one.

Do you have a smooking room?

> Unfortunately, none. All our guest rooms, restaurant, and common areas are non-smoking including e-cigarettes. A fine of PHP10,000 (~USD200) will be charged to anyone who smokes. A guest can smoke at the designated area outside of the hotel.

Are your rooms quiet?

> Honestly, it depends on the guest/s' perception of noise. Some are light sleepers while others are heavy / deep sleepers. We cannot guarantee the 'quietness' of the room as we are located near the NAIA Terminal complex and the flight path of departing and arriving planes.

I forgot my toiletries. Are you going to provide one?

> We are providing our guests a basic toiletry kit placed near the sink.

Do you have snacks available inside the room?

> Every room has a tray which contains some snack items. Kindly take note that these are not complimentary. The price for each item can be seen at the menu placed in the tray. Snack tray consumption is monitored, charged to your room account, and replenished daily. Additionally, there is a snack store in the hotel lobby where you can buy cold beverages and other snack items.

Do you have a restaurant?

> Yes! Our in-house restaurant is Yang Chow located at the Ground Floor. It serves Filipino & Chinese comfort food favorites and alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. It also operates 24 hours a day.

How about internet connection?

> We offer complimentary internet connection via Wi-Fi (wireless) in all rooms and common areas. Kindly ask our front desk for the  Wi-Fi access code. We will use our reasonable efforts to make the service available 24 hours a day, however we will not be liable if for any reason the internet connection is not available at any time or for any period. Access to internet may be suspended at any time.

Do you have a Cable TV connection?

> Yes! Our CATV provider is GSat using DTH satellite transmission. All our rooms are fitted with LCD TVs. 

I need to buy souvenirs before I go back to my country. Do you sell some?

> Kindly visit our Boutique at the Ground Floor where you can find local Philippine products that you can bring back home.

I need to exchange foreign currencies to Philippine Peso (PHP) for my pocket money. Do you offer that service?

> Luckily, our hotel has an affiliate foreign exchange stores in the Arrivals Area of every NAIA terminal you may disembark. Kindly visit them if you need to exchange your foreign currencies. They have the highest exchange rates within their trading area.

Or if you are already in the hotel, you can visit our affiliate foreign exchange store, Achievers Money Changer, in the hotel lobby.

How about flight tickets?

> You can visit our affiliate ticketing agent, RJCZ Travel and Tours, in the hotel lobby. They can book 'last minute' international and domestic flight tickets for you. They can also provide tour packages.

Do you allow pets?

> We love your pets, unfortunately, they are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

Do you have a pool?

> Unfortunately, none.
